Who we are

Development that starts from within.

Nyamiobo Combined is a registered community based organization born from neighbours deciding to solve their own challenges together. We believe lasting change is community-led — young people trained and mentored here go on to employ, teach, and lift others, so progress stays rooted where it began.

Every partnership and every shilling is turned into skills, livelihoods, and a healthier environment.

“
They didn't come with answers. They came with questions — and then we built the answers together.
Mama Kemunto
Elder, Nyamiobo community

“The training gave me a trade and the courage to start something of my own. Now I train others.”

Kevin
Youth programme participant

“When young people plant trees on the same hills they grew up on, they protect them differently.”

A note from our founding team

“We started Nyamiobo Combined with one conviction: our community's greatest resource is its people. Give a young person a skill and a chance, and the whole village rises with them.”

We are farmers, teachers, parents, and young people choosing to build together — a training, a tree, a small business at a time. If our vision speaks to you, there is a place for you here. Come and build with us.
